In 2006 Generic Events launched the first Southern
California Aquathlon Series. Event locations in 2008
will span the beautiful coast of California from San
Diego to Malibu.
This event has won numerous awards from Best 5k Running Event, Best Water/Swim Event, Best EventT-Shirt and the Don't Miss Event of 2005.
What makes this event unique? Composed of six weekend
events, there are multiple race venues throughout Southern
California that attract a variety of athletes. Amateur
and professional athletes compete at the 6 events for
prize money and the illustrious title of King/Queen
of the Beach. |

Saint
John's Santa Monica 5000

The world famous Saint John's Santa Monica 5000 debuted
in 2006 to the cheers of 1500 athletes. The 5k and 10k
courses feature some great ocean views, and a great
post-event party on the Santa Monica Pier, all in the
heart of Santa Monica.
We'll have exciting entertainment on the course (and
at the finish) to cheer in some of top runners from
throughout Southern California. And with Saint John's
Health Center as our beneficiary, you know you're helping
make a difference here in Southern California!

Kids
on the Run

The Kids on the Run 5k/10k is one of the most kid
friendly events around! Working in conjunction with Childrens
Hospital Los Angeles, the event is a day of fabulous
fun, free food, fantastic prizes, a frisky 5k and 10k,
friendly Kids Runs, and full-fledged Fitness Fair. The
races start at 9am and the Fitness Fair continues to
12 noon. And this all takes place in the at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena!

The inaugural Miracle Mile 5k Run/Walk is hitting the
Grove and Farmers Market on January 20, 2008. This 5k is
going to be one of the most memorable events of the year!
The start/finish is at The Grove and Farmers Market.
The course takes you past La Brea Tar Pits and LACMA.
