The 2010 TYR Playa del Run Beach Festival hits San Diego on Sunday, Augsut 15, 2010 at Fletcher Cove! Tons of events to choose from: 1-mile swim, 5k Run, Aquathlon (1000m Swim/5k Run) and the 1-mile sand sprint (and shallow water run). Tons of fun at the beach, great shirts by Zorrel, and another excuse to spend some time outside. :)

The Malibu Canyon Dirt Dash returns with a 5k/10k trail run and a NEW 5k MUD RUN!. The 5k/10k trail runs take place at The Salvation Army Camps, where you will find yourself nestled amongst old oaks and evergreens in beautiful Malibu Canyon. During the run/walk participants will traverse along a scenic road in the Santa Monica Mountains, the first mile of which is hilly, while the remainder is downhill and gentle.
